This section contains frequently asked questions and answers.
What do you sell and what can we buy?
The catalogue of the goods, which we deliver from Japan, is presented at this site, the catalogue subjects are on the left part of each page.
Our catalogue of the goods is supported in an actual condition and constantly updates and extends new positions. But, nevertheless, the assortment of the goods with which we work, much more widely, than is presented on our site. Therefore – if something interests you but that is not presented yet in our catalogue – send us the demand in a free form to the address: sales@shiawasedo.co.jp (you can make the demand in the native language – our personnel can speak Japanese, English and Russian languages)
How to make order?
It is very simple to order from us a consignment of goods – it is necessary to familiarise with how we work, and to make the order from our web-site, as in usual Internet shop.
To familiarise with principles of our work it is possible in section «How we work».
Minimum order quantity(MOQ)
Our Minimum Order Quantity is one 20ft container.
How does the site exactly calculates the filling of container?
Practically it depends on the type of cargo, in our case it is a size of boxes.
Those numbers, on which we focus, obtained in practice.
Nevertheless, in each case may be some deviations, but no more than 0,5-1% of total volume.
In what currency prices are shown on your web-site?
Basically they are shown in Japanese yens. But you can change the currency to American dollars or Russian rubles, by clicking necessary currency at the top-right corner.
Conversion of the yen into other currencies is shown at current rate (rates are updating everyday).
FOB
We calculate FOB price(“Free On Board” – value of the goods on board) under the following formula:
FOB = total value of ordered goods + container processing costs + our comission.
Container processing costs means: customs duties, assembly of the goods into container, delivering to the port, loading on a ship, etc. The price can vary depending on a concrete warehouse and concrete transport expenses on delivery.
Dependence of the container processing costs and company's comission you can see in this table
This information is valid, if delivery is carried out by us. If you submit your own container and operate through your agent - we assume that the cost of terminal charges already included in the freight and you cannot demand it from us to pay.
How many boxes can go into the container?
Boxes with different products have different amounts, so into the same container can go a different number of boxes of different goods.
For example, "Diapers GooN S 48" can be located in the 40ft HC container in number of 1325 boxes, but "Diapers GooN M 38" - in number of 1170 boxes.
Therefore, to calculate how much of your goods can go into the container - just configure your order and the system automatically selects the optimal container, based on the total amount of the ordered goods.
