Working scheme

Step 1. You explore our catalogues, choose the items you need, form your purchase and finally place your Order.

Step 2. We start processing your Order. Within 2-3 days you will be informed on the possibility and terms of your Goods’ delivery. If our answer is positive, we’ll proceed to the Step 3.

Step 3. We send you Invoice to the e-mail you pointed while placing your Order.

In case our invoice has come to your mail right away, you may be sure that we do have the goods you need in our stock, and you don't have to wait for your Order's confirmation.

Step 4. You are expected to pay us 10% of the Goods’ estimated cost.

Step 5. We start gathering the ordered Goods.

Step 6. We inform you on the exact date of all the Goods’ arrival at our yard.

Step 7. We inform you on the exact date by which you are supposed to forward your containers to our yard (or it’s we who could fulfill that in case of your wish).

Step 8. We inform you on the exact date of inland Customs clearance in Japan.

Step 9. We inform you on the exact date of the container’s leaving Japan and estimated date of its arrival to your appointed address.

Step 10. You pay us the remaining 90% of the Goods’ estimated cost before the moment of the Export Customs clearance (i.e. before the right of ownership over the Goods is transferred to you).

Step 11. If necessary, we provide Customs clearance on the territory of Russian Federation.
